[LiveOn Case Study] Automotive Product Development and Sales Company

Rich track record of implementation is the key! Connect the headquarters with sites across various locations to utilize for checking on-site conditions and issuing instructions!

We would like to introduce a case study of an automotive-related product development and sales company that has implemented the web conferencing system 'LiveOn' handled by Japan Media System. The company was seeking to promote the IT transformation of on-site management and support, and was considering a remote on-site support tool using our product. As a result, the rich track record of implementation as a wearable device and remote on-site support tool became the deciding factor for their adoption. They are utilizing it as a remote on-site support tool by combining wearable devices, external cameras, and vital check tools. 【Overview】 <Reasons for Selection> ■ Supports multi-devices including not only PCs but also wearable devices, smart devices, and external cameras, with a wealth of experience in wearable devices. ■ The parent company has also implemented LiveOn, which operates very stably. <Usage Applications> ■ Connecting headquarters with various on-site locations for situation confirmation and issuing instructions. ■ Utilizing a combination of vital checks and wireless transceiver applications. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
